Fire Marshal Training in Warrington

Sometimes one well-executed piece of work can lead to more work, which is always a pleasure for us at Spark-Risk, and this occurred again for us following a Fire Risk Assessment we carried out at a premises on Daresbury Science Park, between Warrington and Runcorn two months ago, which you may remember if you saw our News report on it. This time we went along to carry out a session of Fire Marshal training, hosted by Steve, for this small engineering company in a multi-occupied office block. It was a great training course, for six people, all very informal which makes it more comfortable and encourages participation from those taking part, with lots of discussion and topics covered, including hands-on fire extinguisher training, evacuation techniques and plans, and practical scenarios.

Our methods always seem to go down well with course participants, and this was certainly the case again, as everyone including ourselves seemed to enjoy it. Again, all participants receive a certificate of attendance. What was also pleasing to see on our return to this premises was that all the remedial work we had recommended in our FRA report had been carried out and completed, meaning that the company achieved compliance to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 on both training and all things covered by a Fire Risk Assessment, so great credit to them!

Spark Risk carry out many similar Fire Warden or Fire Marshal training courses all around the North West and indeed the whole country. Please CONTACT US if you would like us to come to your premises and hold one of our various training courses with you and your staff.
