A Care Home Fire Risk Assessment In Nottinghamshire.
Today a Fire Risk Assessment in Radcliffe, Nottinghamshire was carried out by Spark-Risk Limited.
The assessment at a privately-owned residential care home found deficiencies with the fire alarm system, fire doors which did not fully self-close and a fire safety signage review was recommended.
Spark-Risk Limited are returning to the care home to carry out a signage review which will involve the supply and fitting of the following safety signage; directional fire exit, final fire exit, fire action notices, fire door keep locked shut, C02 extinguisher, fire exit keep clear and fire alarm call point signs.
Spark-Risk Limited has also been asked to provide fire warden training for all the staff next month, which will include practical fire extinguisher training.
